This ambulatory project was comprised of the fit-out of a developer-led renovation office park conversion to a 20,000-square-foot Ambulatory Center, for the consolidation of three individual medical practices. We developed a progressive flexible space for Endocrine, OBGYN, and Internal Medical Practitioners, who will all share space in this efficient model. There is also a blood draw lab to support the practices. The flexible approach to the planning modules allows for future growth and for the practices to utilize multiple pods as the demand shifts daily.
