Initially conceptualized in 2019, the project adapted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in a 66% reduction in office space, consolidating the three-floor office into one. The redesigned layout prioritizes non-traditional office arrangements, featuring dedicated and reservable spaces and optimizing utility while maintaining comfort. Natural materials and ample access to natural light characterize the Pacific Northwest-inspired aesthetic, with custom branding reinforcing the firm's identity. The office design incorporates panoramic views of Seattle and Mount Rainier, enhancing the workspace environment. The renovated office offers a mix of contemplative areas for focused work and flexible spaces for client interactions, aiming to foster connection and collaboration among team members.
