College & Crown includes 160 apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom units. All units have top-of-the-line finishes, including nine-foot ceilings, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, hardwood floors in the living areas, and upgraded bathrooms. Initiated by Centerplan Development Company, this development serves as a mixed use residential center at the nexus of New Haven's primary business district, Yale University, and New Haven's major retail corridor.

 

The new facility includes a range of on-site amenities, including a fitness center, two roof-top courtyards, at tended front desk with concierge services, a clubhouse, on-site storage, bike storage, parking, and a hotel-quality lobby. In addition to the residential units, College & Crown also includes approximately 20,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The retail includes white-table-cloth restaurants, fashion boutiques, and neighborhood uses. College & Crown has an at-grade and below-grade parking garage consisting of 160 stalls.
