The project involved a major, multi-phased workplace transformation from a traditional layout to one aligned to support McNeil’s strategic business goals. The multiple work settings provided has successfully met the desired objectives to provide individual focused workspace and drive greater collaboration and cross functional teamwork.

As the global headquarters, the new entrance canopy and lobby was designed to make visitors welcome, understand and feel inspired by the innovations and global presence of the Company. The rich history of the people, customers, brand and history of innovation at McNeil is integrated and celebrated throughout the design. An old courtyard was converted into a central atrium, creating a new ‘heart’ for the campus, which is both a private space for small informal gatherings and a public space used for town hall meetings and celebrating product launches.
