New School of Dentistry provides the necessary instructional, meeting and seminar rooms for faculty and students as required to support the projected increase in student enrollment, class sizes, and up to date teaching methodologies.
Amenities include separate lounges for students, faculty and staff; a café; student lockers; and a large area for receptions/banquets to accommodate approximately 150 people and divisible into smaller meeting spaces.
The new facility was planned to accommodate distance learning in all lecture halls. The Conference Rooms and Seminar Rooms all accommodate corporate-style video conferencing.
In association with Lord Aeck Sargeant, FCA designed the clinical and other spaces.
The project is LEED-NC Silver Certified.
