Having previously leased space on multiple floors in downtown West Palm Beach, Fox Rothschild was searching for commercial release options to accommodate staff growth and create a new homogenous space for staff. FCA has been working with Fox Rothschild for over 25 years and has established the firm standards they utilize throughout the country.  FCA worked closely with Fox Rothschild to select their new space at Philips Point, which allows for future growth, fits programmatic needs, and affords amazing views of downtown West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, and the Atlantic Ocean. 

Working with the local team, FCA struck a playful balance between firm standards and the flavor of the local office. Vibrant and sustainable finishes bring the outdoors in and add a touch of South Florida style to the firm’s sophisticated style. Reception and the conference center are designed around the client experience, and are separated by the staff areas for security purposes. The office is fully fit-out with touch-down work areas, inclusive catering services, and state of the art technology. The direction for a collaborative and flexible work environment was reinforced by clustering administrative area for work-sharing, providing access to attorney offices with full height glazing for transparency and access to natural light. The project was completed within budget and on time despite an aggressive timeline and a hurricane.
