FCA supported the Bristol-Myers Squibb team while analyzing a number of different properties in several states as part of an overall study to determine the appropriate location for their new North American Capability Center. Once the Tampa location was determined, FCA was responsible for the design of the interior fit-out of the third and fourth floors and a portion of the first floor as amenity space.
