Ballard Spahr, a national law firm established an office in Las Vegas in 2006. After experiencing steady growth, it was time to consider a relocation. Based on our experience in the Las Vegas market we worked closely with their real estate brokerage team and advised them to add Summerlin to their list of locations under consideration. Summerlin is on the western edge of Las Vegas, in one of the regions newest and dynamic mixed-use communities.
Working closely with Ballard Spahr’s design and construction team and listening closely to the needs of the local office, FCA developed a solution that marries firmwide efficiency metrics, expresses the culture of the local office and positions the firm to service its diverse client base.
Workplace planning provides attorneys and staff spaces for collaboration, connectivity to all of the firm’s locations and supports market facing events held now in house. The space celebrates the Red Rock Mountain range, the beauty of the west and Ballard Spahr’s rich legal history.
