FCA was retained for on-call services for renovations to AOL’s 770 Broadway 5th floor offices. The renovations bridged various divisions into one cohesive brand. The scope included amenity zones with flexible work rooms, dynamic open plan and work hubs.

The strong brand identity of AOL was a key element which was integrated into the design of each space to further build the community of the AOL culture and brand.
